Asian Fish in a Packet

White fish, scallions, chard, bean sprouts, rice and a sauce made from soy sauce, ginger, garlic and roasted sesame oil. Toss it all together, wrap it in foil and bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees.


Simple. Delicious. Simple enough for the hubby to make.

      1. Thanks for sharing this, Margy. We’ve been baking tilapia in a crisp coating mix, but Princess (our daughter) has been getting very tired of it. I asked her if she’d be interested in having it prepared this way. and she said she was, so… we’ll see how it goes 🙂
