I know many people who are non so keen on vegetables, they would never eat them unless blended on a soup. Vegetables, to my opinion are the most versatile ingredients we have in the kitchen and thus there are so many ways to cook them but I think sometimes the best way to do this is the simplest way, for example grilled. So that the people who doesn’t like them can discover the true flavours of the ingredients and you would even enhance the its special taste by adding a nice dressing. Food is one of those things that we need not only to feed ourselves but also it is an experience of particular flavourings, we discover and share cultural patrimony and sometimes it help us think “outside the box”.
